Discovery
When we were contacted for an enquiry, we start with a conversation to understand the needs of the project. We provide a no-charge consultation with the client at the office to discuss the requirements. We then proceed with a space planning drawing and a preliminary estimate for client’s review. Once agreed to proceed we take token advance which will be adjusted in the billing) to proceed to the next step

Conceptual Design
At this stage we visit the site to document it with measurements, photos and videos. Site walkthrough with the client helps us understand and identify any issues. In response to the client's brief a concept scheme is created for discussion. This will be presented in the form of draft layouts showing space utilization, any structural modifications and furniture layouts. We produce mood boards and reference images to demonstrate the design style. Project timeline will be established.

Detailed Design & 3Ds
Once all elements in the concept design are agreed with the client, the project moves to the Detail Design and Specification stage. we detail out the design and create photo realistic 3D renderings. Every element of the scheme is designed and specified for the client to sign-off. A detailed cost plan is presented that sets out each individual element per room and a summarized project total . Samples and materials are presented for discussion and client approval.

Execution & Handover
After the 3Ds and final costing is approved, we proceed with the detailed working drawings and document sets for site execution. Daily site supervision and weekly client meeting will ensure the compliance with the design & specifications and timely delivery. Once all the work is executed a walkthrough is done with client for a final signoff. We provide service or replacement warranty for 5 years on the workmanship and company extended warranties for all the branded products

SITE SUPERVISION FOR QUALITY & SCHEDULE
In the turnkey execution, SOUDHA assigns trained supervisors to ensure that works are executed as planned and as designed. They generate daily progress reports that help the office team to attend to any discrepancies and procure the materials on time to avoid any delays. Workmanship, design & specification adherence and material quality is checked on site meticulously to ensure the project output is exactly as promised
PROGRESS REVIEWS
SOUDHA’S Design in charge from the office will make periodic site visits to meet with the clients and update the progress that is being made. Any clarifications can be addressed in these meetings and decisions on changes or modifications can be made. We belive in concrete customer support & satisfaction and we deliver it too
COORDINATION WITH THIRD-PARTY VENDORS
We can take up complete a end to end service that comes to interiors. But in some cases client needs to have a third party vendor for their appliances or furniture etc. sometimes there will be a pending work from the builder even after the handover. Our helpful team and site supervisors will coordinate with such third-party suppliers and vendors that are involved in the project. We assist them with their installations and deliveries so that the client has more comfortable and no stress experience,
