Soudha consultants provide Pre-construction services, construction management and post construction services. Below are details of each stage of our construction project management services are:

Pre-Construction Management:Prior to the start of the project, our preconstruction services involves the site clearance, acquiring necessary permissions. Procuring required materials and equipment. Selection of best contractors and vendors. Coordination with the design team to ensure everything is in line to keep the project on tract once it kick starts. Total project Base line scheduling is prepared during the pre-construction stage. Below are some key management areas during the preconstruction stage

Construction Management:prior to the commencement of the construction, our project manager meets with all the subcontractors, material vendors to explain the scope of work and expectations of the project outcome. We administer contracts with all the approved vendors and contractors.

On site team will be responsible to the development of the project management plan that includes schedules, quality control checklist, chash flow statement, on site safety plans, change management plans. Below are some key management areas that are covered during the construction phase

Post Construction Management: After construction is completed, the project team tests all systems and equipment to ensure they meet the standards of our clients and residents.      Ensure Testing and Commissioning as per standards

     Compile "As built" drawings and "Operation and Maintenance Manuals"
